Customer Service Representative
to join our team at the front desk!
Responsibilities As a
Customer Service Representative , you will:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations
Collect and process payments and invoices
Obtain medical histories and ensure vaccines/tests are up to date
Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians about patient needs
Assist with prescription refills, food orders, and over-the-counter product requests
Accurately update and maintain client and patient records
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer service or receptionist experience preferred (veterinary or medical office experience a plus)
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Weekend availability required
Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs
A passion for animals and commitment to exceptional client care
