Customer Service Representative
to join our team at the front desk! Responsibilities
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reservations Collect and process payments and invoices Obtain medical histories and ensure vaccines/tests are up to date Communicate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians about patient needs Assist with prescription refills, food orders, and over-the-counter product requests Accurately update and maintain client and patient records Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service or receptionist experience preferred (veterinary or medical office experience a plus) Strong multitasking and communication skills Weekend availability required Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs A passion for animals and commitment to exceptional client care Benefits
