Material Handler – 1st Shift
Join Eaton's ES AMER MFGSC division as a Material Handler-1st Shift. The role involves receiving, restocking, picking, packing and shipping materials throughout the distribution center to enable customer order processing.
Hourly Rate USD 20.00 per hour. Core hours are 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Responsibilities
Retrieve appropriate styles & quantities of material from warehouse locations using the appropriate picking process. Place materials in containers, visually inspect product, verify with scanning equipment if required, verify accuracy of product count; restock/replenish as needed.
Unload and stage pallets of materials in receiving areas. Use packing slips to generate print move tickets, break down material, sort styles, verify count and restock warehouse locations using Rf scanners.
Verify styles and quantities of picked materials. Visually inspect products, scan, and place in shipping cartons. Add packing materials and stickers to minimize damage. Place packing lists, content labels, and shipping labels as needed.
Resolve discrepancies by researching solutions to ensure order accuracy.
Maintain quality workmanship, observe safety procedures, report unsafe acts, and perform work of equal or lower classification if necessary.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 months experience with a Stand‑Up forklift, Sit‑Down Forklift, Cherry Picker, or Reach Truck.
No relocation benefit is being offered. Only candidates within a 50‑mile radius of Dallas, TX will be considered. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical limitation.

Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment.
ERP experience (SAP).

Work daily and/or weekend overtime, cross‑train, flex to different areas or local plants as needed.
Lift up to 50 lbs.; stand for extended periods; repetitive lifting, bending, squatting.
