Experience and Education

High School Diploma Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a hospital or multi-hospital system supply chain management, with a strong background in a clinical setting Preferred

Bachelor's Degree Job Duties

Utilize asset management systems effectively to facilitate achievement of performance objectives, and report lost and missing assets. Coordinate reporting with Accounting when necessary. Assist in the daily coordination of workflow between nursing and support service Maintain asset database, including acquisitions, maintenance management, service calls, transfers, and valuations of all equipment Evaluate assets and equipment to assist in developing, monitoring, and maintaining PAR level standards for items needed Assist clinical and support staff with locations of current items and location of missing items Assist Bio-Med in reports for routine maintenance, repair, and installation of new and existing equipment Assist with data collection and analysis, facilitating resolution of issues between all systems and parties – Asset Management, Accounting, and Decision Support Coordinate the distribution of new and existing medical equipment using in-house vehicles Performs other duties as assigned Security and EEO Statement
