Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources, communicate effectively with the team, and be flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, manage cold chain and inventory, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; utilize handheld technology for production, ordering, receiving orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; provide member service by acknowledging needs; assist with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise; resolve member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate; inspire teamwork and respectful collaboration; identify and help troubleshoot roadblocks and training needs. Adhere to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; follow the Open Door Policy and apply these in business processes. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
