Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates, and communicate effectively while remaining flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, manage seasonality, adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, maintain equipment, and understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; operate handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving orders, training, and ensuring product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, provide member service, assist with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues. Be a Talent Ambassador: Act as a brand advocate, foster a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment, identify roadblocks, and assist in training. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follow the Open Door Policy and apply these in business processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify opportunities for improvement; adapt to change and feedback.
