Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will also wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile can make the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one. Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively with team members; and be flexible to work in other areas. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines; manage inventory; operate and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; manage high expectations; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers according to company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans; follow Open Door Policy.
