Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; stay flexible to business needs; track goods; maintain in-stock levels; and control shrinkage in a timely manner. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various produce, prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to standards; maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; operate hand-held devices to support production, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; use digital tools; manage stock with perpetual inventory; ensure quality and date control; minimize waste; assist customers per company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high quality service and products; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Complies with company policies and standards; use Open Door Policy; apply these in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; identify improvement opportunities; adapt to change and feedback.
