Overview The Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate prepares fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing warm rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for members. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while assisting members with bakery orders. A friendly smile helps create a great shopping experience.
Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
What you'll do

Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and stays flexible to meet business needs.
Be an Expert:
Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and seasonal productions; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution.
Be a Techie:
Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and boost associate engagement; uses handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
Be an Owner:
Drives area performance; uses digital tools; manages high exposure and expectations; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; guides peers and supports customer needs.
Be a Talent Ambassador:
Advocates for the department and club by valuing the member experience in the meat area and modeling high-quality service and products; demonstrates energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; follows the Open Door Policy; applies these in executing business processes and practices.
