Responsibilities
Provide maintenance across residential, commercial, or industrial facilities, including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
Perform all aspects of daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and support asset preservation objectives of ownership.
Be the boots-on-the-ground member of the team, keeping systems and units in working order and collaborating with teammates and residents.

What We’d Love For You To Bring
Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication with team members and residents.
Ability to meet deadlines; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a bonus.
Compensation This position offers
$24.00 to $26.00 per hour
depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn bonuses and benefits.
