Business Operations & Compliance Associate
to ensure our internal operations meet the same rigorous standards our aviation customers demand. What You’ll Do
What You’ll Do
Compliance & Security Alignment
Drive
SOC-II readiness
to meet aviation customers’ vendor requirements
Develop and document
audit trails, part-traceability standards, and role-based access controls
Partner with leadership to integrate
aviation-specific compliance frameworks
into Wild Ducks operations
Operational Support
Provide analysis that ties into
forecasting, maintenance schedules, and supplier visibility
Support projects that enhance
aviation-grade security and compliance
Who You Are
Experience in
aviation supply chain, MRO, aerospace compliance, or regulated logistics
Comfortable with compliance-heavy environments where
audit readiness and secure data flows
are non-negotiable
Detail-oriented operator ready to grow into a
compliance and security leadership track
in a fast-scaling startup
