Position Summary Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and staying organized? As a prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associate, you will prepare fresh food items daily for our members, ensuring that rotisserie chicken is always warm and ready. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to keep items fresh for customers’ families and may assist members with bakery orders. Your smile makes the difference between a good shopping experience and a great one.

Keep the area sanitized and ready for members

What you’ll do
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources while communicating effectively with team members and adapting to business needs.
Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future production, adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management, and maintain equipment.
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions and encourage others to adopt new tools.
Drive performance of the area, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and provide attentive service to customers.
Advocate for the department and the club by modeling high‑quality service and products; execute basics with excellence, showing energy, commitment, and passion.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards; use the Open Door Policy and apply it in all business processes.
Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, and recommend improvement opportunities.

Hourly wage range: $16.00 to $23.00 (will meet or exceed applicable minimum wage). Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.
Preferred Qualifications
Food service experience.
Food handler certification (food safety).
