Summary
Work directly with Business Development Officers (BDO) to support their business development activities. Assist BDO(s) in developing and managing correspondent client (“Seller”) relationships, sourcing new client relationships and increasing loan purchases from correspondent sellers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Study and train under the direction of a BDO to become knowledgeable about Acra Correspondent lending loan programs, guidelines and operational processes. Goal of position is to within 6 months begin sourcing, approving and supporting new accounts acquired independently of the BDO under which they study and train. Other responsibilities include: Learn how to source and approve new correspondent clients. Support partnered BDO in the sourcing and approving of new correspondent clients. Learn how to train clients on operational policies and procedures. Support partnered BDO in training correspondent clients on operational policies and procedures. Guide/instruct clients on documents required for qualified eligibility review submissions. Track, manage report, and call on prospective clients.
Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Experience with Microsoft Excel and ability to compile and analyze data.
Education And/or Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer management/support role.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
