The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing liquidity, investments, and interest rate risk. This exempt-level role requires independent judgment, advanced financial analysis, and collaboration with senior leadership. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and report on daily cash and liquidity positions. Maintain liquidity and cash flow models to assist investment and funding planning, and other capital allocation decisions. Manage the short-term and long-term liquidity forecasting process, collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in FP&A and Accounting. Manage bank account structure, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, compliance with KYC requests, and administering banking portals. Support Treasury's role in debt financing and credit negotiations Assist in the execution of the company's investment strategy for surplus cash. Prepare reports for executive leadership and regulators Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing Maintain a central banking data depository with associated reports and dashboards to support terms and conditions including banking covenants. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury or a related finance function. Proficiency in Excel and treasury/financial systems Mortgage industry/banking experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of cash management and banking operations, to include familiarity with trust account balances and associated earnings credit and interest. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work proactively and autonomously while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
