What You’ll Do
Greet and assist service customers promptly and professionally
Answer service calls, schedule appointments, and keep customers updated
Advise customers on repair/service needs, costs, and completion timelines
Coordinate repair orders with technicians
Ensure top‑level customer satisfaction—get it right the first time
Recommend additional services when appropriate
Maintain accurate records and reports
What We’re Looking For
Customer‑focused, enthusiastic and motivated team player
Prior sales and/or customer service experience required (auto industry a plus)
Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred)
Computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
High school diploma or GED required
Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
