Supply Chain Coordinator
Salary: $34.62/hr - $40.87/hr. Salary rates are competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards. A comprehensive benefits package may include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors on orders, deliveries, and shipping schedules, and resolve any issues or discrepancies, including return material authorizations (RMAs).
Support purchase planning by liaising with project managers and engineers, assist with developing cost rough order of magnitude (ROMs), and submit work orders.
Collaborate with internal buyers to obtain quotes from vendors.
Collaborate with various internal teams (procurement, contracts, finance, etc.) and external stakeholders (suppliers/vendors, etc.).
Maintain active communication lines with suppliers/vendors regarding order issues, configuration, and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing supply chain activities.
Analyze supply chain data, identify areas for improvement, and prepare reports for management.
Identify and resolve supply chain issues such as delays, shortages, or quality problems.
Communicate with various stakeholders.
Demonstrate organizational skills managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues within the supply chain.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
High School diploma required.
Associate's Degree in a technical/scientific discipline preferred.
7+ years of general full-time work experience required.
5+ years of directly related experience required.
Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Procurement required.
Experience with government contracts under the FAR and DFARS preferred.
Experience with supply chain software and familiarity with relevant procurement software and tools preferred.
Must be a US citizen.
Candidate must possess a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance.
Physical Requirements
Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach with hands and arms.
Frequent wrist, hand, and finger movements while using a computer or measuring tools.
Dexterity to see fine print and use hand and precision measuring tools.
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE.
Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time.
