Our teams are spread across Europe and North America, ready for new challenges. Role Overview:
The Shift Supervisor manages operations, acts as a liaison between the Client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators, manages a team of operators, and ensures efficient delivery of missions. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2+ years of operations experience leading teams Key Responsibilities: Respond to system emergencies, investigate incidents, complete reports Coordinate and supervise team activities, communicate operational issues Respond to service problems and unsafe location reports Develop and oversee work plans in coordination with client staff Maintain high safety standards Necessary Skills: Computer proficiency for reports and scheduling Understanding of system rules, regulations, policies Strong communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends We look forward to learning about your skills and how we can grow together.
