The Shift Supervisor manages operations and acts as a liaison between the client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. They oversee a team of operators and ensure efficient mission delivery. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2+ years of operations experience leading teams Key Responsibilities
Respond to system emergencies; investigate and report accidents, incidents, and complaints Coordinate, monitor, and supervise team activities; communicate operational issues and resolutions Address service problems and investigate unsafe locations or situations Develop and oversee work plans in collaboration with client staff; prioritize daily operations Maintain high safety standards across the team Necessary Skills
Proficiency in report and schedule generation using a computer Understanding of system rules, regulations, policies, and routes Strong written and verbal communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or shifts as needed We look forward to learning more about your skills and exploring mutual growth opportunities.
