The Shift Supervisor manages operations and acts as a liaison between the Client's program managers and vehicle specialists/operators. They oversee a team of operators to ensure efficient mission delivery. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred 2+ years of operations experience leading teams Key Responsibilities
Respond to system emergencies, investigate incidents, and complete reports Coordinate and supervise team activities, communicate issues, and propose solutions Address service problems and investigate unsafe locations Develop and oversee work plans in collaboration with the client Maintain high safety standards Necessary Skills
Proficiency in report and schedule generation via computer Understanding of system rules, policies, and routes Strong communication skills Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends as needed We look forward to learning about your skills and exploring mutual growth.
