Job Description Join our team of Transplant Surgeons, Hepatologists, Nephrologists, Advanced Practitioners, and House Staff at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center! We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to co‑manage kidney transplant and live donor kidney patients in our teaching facility.
What You’ll Do
Formulate and implement diagnosis and treatment plans.
Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies.
Consult on nephrology and transplant patients.
Prescribe and dispense medications.
Provide educational counseling for patients and families.
Offer inpatient consult coverage as needed.

Qualifications
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a valid Massachusetts license and appropriate certification.
Must possess and maintain, or be eligible for, Mass DPH Controlled Substance registration and DEA registration.
At least one year of Advanced Practice experience is required (three years preferred).
Pay Range $133,120.00 USD – $215,000.00 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
