Job Overview We’re seeking an experienced

Customer Service Representative

to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers—handling inquiries, processing orders, managing client inventory, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location:

Riverside, CA

Pay Range:

$20–$24/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, four-day work week

Employment Type:

Temporary (Covering MatLeave)

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.

Process and manage customer orders, including sales orders, packing slips, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate digital and physical records of customer transactions.

Communicate proactively with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and follow-up.

Monitor and maintain client inventory stored.

Required Skills & Abilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent follow‑up skills and customer focus.

Ability to stay organized and productive under pressure in a high‑volume environment.

Detail‑oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Proficient in general computer applications; experience with Epicor software is a plus.

Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a self‑managed team.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Minimum of three years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting required.

Prior experience supporting supply chain or order fulfillment processes preferred.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and phone.
