Responsibilities
Service Brightstar equipment at retailer (customer) locations.
Respond to dispatches and drive to customer locations within a specified zone to deliver supplies and install, remove, or repair lottery equipment and communication devices.
Transport, install (if applicable), and maintain Brightstar equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
Attend driver training and follow Brightstar’s vehicle policy regarding the use and maintenance of company vehicles.
Maintain equipment to promote continuous operation.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment to restore it to working order in the field, including swapping failed components, cleaning, and making minor adjustments.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with dispatchers; accurately report activity, arrival and departure times, problems, details, and resolutions of failures.
Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts (paper, ribbons, bet slips) and track inventory of these items.
Deliver basic training to new retailers or refresher/remedial training to retailers performing procedures incorrectly, such as changing paper and ribbon.
Complete primary forms for reporting activities, equipment problems, and recommendations for procedure improvements.

Estimated starting salary range: $20.30 – $27.07 per hour.
Qualifications
High school degree or GED equivalent required.
1–2 years experience in a customer service related position.
1–2 years experience in technical repairs.
Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to correctly perceive colors.
Physical requirements: Must be able to climb a ladder, lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, sit and drive for prolonged periods, demonstrate dexterity with tools, work at heights, in close quarters, and may be exposed to inclement weather during installations.
