Field Service Tech I
Location: IN Statewide, Indianapolis, IN 46241

Responsibilities
Maintain and service Brightstar equipment at retailer locations, covering the Muncie, IN area.
Transport, install, and maintain equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other necessary items.
Attend driver training and follow vehicle policy; maintain company vehicle.
Perform troubleshooting to restore malfunctioning equipment.
Communicate effectively with Dispatchers, reporting activity, times, and issues.
Deliver marketing supplies and consumable parts, tracking inventory.
Deliver basic or refresher training to retailers on proper procedures.
Complete basic forms for reporting activities and equipment issues.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1–2 years of customer service experience.
1–2 years of technical repair experience.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to perceive colors accurately.
Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, in close quarters, and in inclement weather.
