As the 1115 Waiver Program Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Provide operational oversight of all 1115 Waiver services, ensuring effective implementation and high-quality service delivery.
Supervise staff delivering 1115 Waiver services; provide direction, support, and coaching.
Maintain positive relationships with partner agencies, community organizations, and Social Care Network staff.
Serve as liaison to other agencies providing 1115 Waiver Services and to the Social Care Network
1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Minimum Salary: $30.21 per hour
1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Maximum Salary: $30.21 per hour
1115 Waiver Program Supervisor Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 8:30AM to 4PM; Thursday 8:30AM to 6:30PM
Qualifications
4 year Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
1 to 3 year experience in Human Service Industry.
