Responsibilities

Strategic Development

Accountable for the development of Healthcare Logistics.

Monitor key market dynamics and respond accordingly.

Analyze competition, market data, customer feedback, and internal insights to:

Optimize current product offerings.

Initiate new Air Logistics services for the healthcare industry.

Represent the company at industry forums and exhibitions.

Contribute thought leadership through press articles.

Product and Operational Excellence

Support continuous improvement with the NA‑O organization for Healthcare product handling.

Ensure compliance with Operational KPIs and K+N HealthChain certification.

Standardize and maintain Air Pricing elements for premium services (spot and tender pricing) in alignment with corporate pricing.

Ensure adherence to internal healthcare guidelines and procedures.

Implement and support the KN Healthcare product portfolio.

Monitor and steer performance of the KN Healthcare product suite.

Collaborate with the K+N HyperCare Team in Costa Rica (HER).

Partner with teamH to provide internal consulting on healthcare transportation and packaging.

Support operations with industry‑related requirements and engagement with governing bodies (e.g., IATA).

Responsible for asset management under the Healthcare Vertical.

Operational Quality

Ensure compliance with external (CEIV) and internal (HealthChain) standards.

Collaborate with global/regional/national QSHE to maintain GxP compliance and audit readiness.

Ensure training compliance for self and team.

Maintain awareness of GxP requirements and guidelines (e.g., Global GxP Policy, WHO GSDP, EU GDP).

Identify and address operational weaknesses to drive excellence.

Proven Leadership abilities

Ability to speak and present in front of large groups
