National Air Logistics Gateway Development Manager
Expansion and development of existing and future gateways in the country organization in line with the Global Gateway strategy. Provide support in the Gateway Business Development area and close contact with the sales and key account managers. Close cooperation with the gateway managers of other country organizations to exchange information and share best practices.
Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with the Gateway and Procurement Management teams
Provide quotes for spot shipments, projects and pricing for RFQs
Increase diversification of the gateway product range (e.g. express, DG, oversize)
Support KAMs in the development of customer-specific Gateway concepts
Be the first point of contact for co-loaders for development and commercial topics
Provide market updates to the national and global Air Logistics community and selected customers
Develop and build relationships with co-loaders
Responsibility for the Gateway tariff in alignment with the NA-X
Monitor and report on co-loading shares
Expansion and development of existing and new Gateways
What we would like you to bring
2 years of Project management experience (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
2 years of air logistics experience (preferred)
Excellent knowledge of air logistics transportation
Experience in direct customer contact
Advanced interpersonal/intercultural skills in order to manage a variety of stakeholders in countries
Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve conflicts
Presentation and moderation skills
Commercial and analytical mindset
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High degree of self-motivation and creativity
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint
