Responsibilities
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
Ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
Take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift.
Maintain targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage crew effectively.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
