Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to achieve McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
Key Areas of Responsibility Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training
Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule; enjoyment of a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
