Lead the sales process from initial engagement through proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with internal engineering, estimating, and operations teams to craft tailored solutions that deliver long‑term value.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to expand market presence and uncover new opportunities.
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and report on performance metrics.
Support contract development, risk evaluation, and client onboarding processes.
Qualifications
3‑10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HVAC, mechanical contracting, or related infrastructure services.
Proven success in closing multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year deals.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, construction cycles, and service contract structures.
Executive presence and experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
