Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager – HDR
Overview
In the role of Sr. Industrial Wastewater Project Manager, we'll count on you to lead, direct, develop and market projects involving the planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
Responsibilities
Direct project staff and lead industrial water/wastewater projects as a project director and/or project manager; participate in marketing and planning of proposals and interviews.
Provide project and task management; conduct detailed process engineering for projects and proposals; collect, assimilate, and present data in reports, memos, and public forums; lead production of design calculations and technical reports; and lead preparation of engineering plans and specifications for the design of industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Experience with design/build is desirable.
Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, listening, leadership, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) strongly preferred.
Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management.
Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities.
Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with project teams.
Strong oral and written communication and listening skills, including leadership and organizational abilities.
Experience handling multiple assignments; ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Master’s Degree; PMP certification.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field.
10 years related experience.
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
Excellent ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational, project management and communication skills (written and verbal).
