Overview
Summary:
Responsible for growing revenue through targeting and developing business prospects and accounts with a focus on Professional & Engineering roles. Partners with the Recruiting and Operations organizations to help clients meet their short and long-term staffing needs, while meeting Resource Employment Solutions's (RES) strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement target sales plans that support Professional Solutions strategic objectives.
Identify, research and qualify targeted companies following the RES Professional Solutions qualification criteria.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly individual sales activity metrics with full documentation in CRM/ATS.
Demonstrate individual accountability for sales performance outcomes.
Focus on generating job orders for professional roles while always representing RES full capabilities to support LI opportunities.
Ability to position all RES service lines (Consulting, Project Work and Staffing), with ability to drive an understanding of customers' challenges and align them to these RES offerings.
Engage directly with key clients to solidify, grow, and expand RES business opportunities.
Coordinate the planning and implementation of new service lines and specific service line channel strategies.
Assist in the development and execution of branch/national sales strategy.
Listen to quarterly earnings calls for publicly traded target clients to gain insight into their business trends and operational forecasts.
Utilize "Google alerts, ZoomInfo" and other insight tools to monitor "trigger events" for all target accounts.
Partner with Sales, Recruiting and Operations organizations, as appropriate, to ensure the effective implementation and execution of an appropriate engagement methodology and approach that ensures client satisfaction.
Manage the life cycle sales process; secure qualified orders, partner with recruiting to screen qualified candidates, submit, prep for interviews, secure client feedback throughout the process, negotiate offers and secure the start.
Maintain contact with the client and professional to ensure long term success and business referrals.
Prospect and cold call for new profitable business with a focus on Professional roles.
Develop customer relationships with key decision makers.
Utilize consultative selling techniques that apply solutions across full suite of product offerings.
Partner/collaborate with LI partners to support national sales strategies.
Participate in the proposal process (RFQ, RFI, RFP) and get all required approvals (pricing, etc.).
Identify and understand RES capabilities, industry trends and performance of competitors.
Facilitate contract review process and coordinate review of contract changes with customer.
Ability to utilize Bullhorn, CRM management systems and/or other sales tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in combined education and professional sales experience required.
3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Sales Support in the Staffing industry, with demonstrated success selling intangible service deliverables required.
Background in the Professional (Engineering, IT or Accounting/Finance) recruiting and/or sales disciplines is preferred.
Experienced at cold calling resulting in relationship-driven sales opportunities.
Capable of selling RES’s full product/solution offerings to Director/VP level.
