Business Development Specialist (Staffing Services)
We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Development Specialist
with proven experience selling
staffing, recruitment, or talent placement services . This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the U.S. market.

What You’ll Do New Business Development (Hunter Role)
Identify, prospect, and generate new local-based clients in IT, Engineering, Administrative, and Light Industrial staffing.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
Pitch staffing solutions tailored to client needs: contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and internal processes.
Present candidates submitted by the recruitment team and follow up to ensure timely feedback.
Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned accounts and grow revenue within each client.
Work closely with the recruitment team to align on job requirements, priority roles, and hiring timelines.
Track openings, submissions, interviews, and placements using CRM/ATS systems.
Provide accurate weekly sales reports, KPIs, and forecast updates.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in staffing or recruitment sales
(MUST have experience selling staffing services).
Proven success generating new clients (hunter mentality).
Experience selling into the U.S. market (preferred) or international B2B sales.
Strong understanding of staffing cycles: job intake, sourcing, submittals, interviews, placements.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting KPIs.
Nice to Have
Experience with IT staffing or technical roles.
Familiarity with ATS or CRM systems (Bullhorn, CEIPAL, Salesforce, etc.).
Hunter mindset – proactive and persistent.
Strong relationship builder – consultative approach.
Results‑driven – motivated by targets and commissions.
Organized and detail‑oriented – able to manage multiple accounts and roles.
Fast learner – able to understand client needs and staffing strategies quickly.
