The Lead Team Member maintains store cleanliness, assists customers, operates registers, stocks merchandise, and supports store standards. Acts in a lead capacity in the absence of the Store Leader. Provide exceptional customer service Assist in merchandising and maintaining store presentation Operate cash registers and assist with checkout Maintain store cleanliness and organization Follow company policies and procedures Support opening and closing procedures Qualifications
Effective communication skills Understanding of safety policies Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math Cash handling experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience is a plus Physical & Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 lbs Exposure to various environmental conditions Additional Information
