The Lead Team Member maintains store cleanliness, organization, and customer service excellence. Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and supporting store leadership in their absence. Provide superior customer service and product knowledge. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Assist with merchandising and product displays. Operate cash registers and assist with checkout processes. Perform cleaning duties and store resets. Support opening and closing procedures under supervision. Qualifications
Effective communication skills. Understanding of safety policies. Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math. Cash handling experience preferred. Physical & Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 pounds. Exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals occasionally. Additional Details
