The Lead Team Member helps maintain a clean, organized store and fosters a customer-first culture through high standards. Key duties include assisting customers, operating registers, stocking, cleaning, and supporting store profitability and safety. Acts in a leadership capacity in the absence of the Store Team Leader or Assistant. Essential Duties
Provide exceptional customer service Model product knowledge and sales techniques Maintain store cleanliness and organization Assist in merchandising and product displays Perform daily cleaning and reset standards Operate cash registers and assist with self-checkout Support opening and closing the store Qualifications
Effective communication skills Understanding of safety policies Ability to follow planograms and perform basic math Cash handling experience preferred Physical & Working Conditions
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 40-55 lbs. Exposure to various environmental conditions and cleaning products Additional Information
