Joining us as a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you’ll provide leadership over three H&R Block tax offices. You’ll lead customer-centric teams to accelerate seasonal tax business and deliver an outstanding client experience. Note: This role is in-person and part-time starting in the fall, transitioning to full-time January–April with potential evening and weekend hours as needed.
Responsibilities
Front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates across three tax offices Provide an exceptional client experience and achieve office growth objectives Lead daily team meetings and communicate essential information to tax office associates Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets Develop local partnerships and manage office community involvement Assist DGM in recruiting and interviewing candidates for tax office positions Conduct timely performance reviews and address performance concerns with the Associate Relations Center Coach and train associates to build an engaging, high-performing team culture Create associate work schedules across all offices and ensure accurate timekeeping and labor management Travel between offices as required Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of the Income Tax Course or Tax Knowledge Assessment
Your Expertise
People management experience with the ability to grow and develop associates Ability to execute growth plans and foster a growth-oriented culture Strong decision-making, judgment, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset Computer proficiency in MS Office Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or high school diploma with equivalent experience Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course (if preparing tax returns)

Pay Information
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $40.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits described above.
