Manage all aspects of Off Site Constructed (OSC) Mechanical Equipment projects, including Central Utility plants, Mechanical Equipment Rooms, Modular Data Centers, and Custom Air Handling units, from initial design through installation, start-up, and final completion. Develop design, specifications, and drawings. Exercise independent judgment and tact in contacts with vendors, contractors, and clients. Stay updated on relevant codes and regulations. Provide guidance on manufacturing projects and cost forecasting. Lead interdisciplinary teams to meet project deliverables and manage schedules. Serve as the main client contact for assigned projects. Job responsibilities include:

Facilitate kick-off meetings Coordinate fabrication drawing generation Transition projects from estimating to fabrication and site installation Identify value engineering opportunities Monitor project costs Purchase equipment/materials and ensure timely delivery Ensure warranty compliance with vendors Build relationships with plant management and superintendents Manage submittals and develop Operating & Maintenance manuals Ensure compliance with contracts and specifications Approve invoices and ensure accurate as-builts Schedule shipments and coordinate subcontractors Generate status reports and price change orders Maintain safety standards and project budgets Develop and manage project schedules Coordinate team schedules to meet deadlines Submit payment requests and perform other duties as assigned Education:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Significant construction management experience may substitute for a degree. Job requirements and skills:

At least 5+ years in Industrial HVAC, energy service contracting, refrigeration, Design Build Contracting, or energy efficiency fields At least 5+ years project management experience Ability to manage multiple projects Proficiency in Word, Excel, scheduling, project management software, and design software (Revit a plus) Ability to work independently Knowledge of OSHA and related regulations Additional details:
