Responsibilities On The Team

Lead the design process from concept to final visuals across web and mobile products used by both customers and sales teams. Translate user needs, product goals, and business metrics into intuitive and beautiful user experiences. Design and iterate on digital brochures and community landing pages, digital sales tools for field teams, QR code-driven product discovery flows, and lead capture and follow-up experiences. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, strategy, marketing, content, and analytics. Apply and evolve Lennar’s design system while pushing the visual craft of the team forward. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes; conduct usability testing and apply data to make iterative, user-informed design decisions. Contribute to how design is showcased internally through reviews, updates, and product demos; actively measure adoption, lead performance, and sales team efficiency to improve product outcomes.

Bonus Impact Areas

Collaborate with Analytics to measure digital tool adoption, lead performance, and conversion outcomes. Improve sales team efficiency by simplifying workflows and clarifying next steps in the sales process. Help define what gets showcased in design reviews and executive communications, shaping internal visibility for the team.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably across both customer-facing and internal tools. A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design craft. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. Curiosity and/or experience using AI tools in your design process. Experience collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and component systems. Ability to work autonomously and drive clarity in ambiguous spaces. Confidence presenting work to stakeholders, including VPs and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and how they impact design decisions. Bonus: Experience designing tools for sales enablement, lead capture, or digital marketing workflows.
