The Guest Experience Lead is responsible for ensuring all guests receive a quality in-store experience. They oversee or provide technical product education that articulates the value of our product and brand to meet the unique needs of each guest. The Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through guest experience and achievement of daily sales or unit targets. They provide input to team member performance evaluations, recruitment decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when leading the floor. Core Responsibilities

Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience. Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives technical product education and assistance when needed. Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests. Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts. Open and close the store in accordance with procedures. Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development with feedback, coaching, and hands-on experiences. Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment with supportive relationships and a productive atmosphere. Requirements & Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation. Experience: 1 year in retail or customer experience; some leadership, mentoring, or delegation experience is preferred. Education/Assets: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above; additional retail leadership experience is a plus. Food/beverage service certification is a plus for experiential stores with food service. Schedule & Availability

Work schedule varies based on store needs; shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or special events, early mornings, late nights, or overnights may be required for some team members. Work Context

Movers through the store with bright lights and loud music; team-based environment; may involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs; may involve use of industrial kitchen equipment where applicable. Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Range:

$21.50 - $24.74/hour (minimum wage may vary by location) Target Bonus:

$2.00/hour Total Target Base Pay Range:

$23.50 - $26.74/hour lululemon’s compensation is pay-for-performance based and may vary by market location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
