The Guest Experience Lead ensures all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. This role leads the store leadership team, drives floor performance through guest experience, and supports team achievement of daily sales or unit targets. Guest Experience Leads provide input to team member performance evaluations, recommend store hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) when leading the floor. Core Responsibilities
Lead the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience. Assess and provide technical product education to every guest, assisting when needed. Serve as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs. Prepare store for guests and maintain operational excellence throughout shifts. Open and close the store following procedures. Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals. Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members to support learning and development. Establish a respectful, inclusive team culture through supportive working relationships. Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation methods. 1 year of retail or customer experience, including guest resolution and navigating difficult conversations. Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating to others. Schedule & Availability
Shift schedule varies per store needs. Typical shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Special events or peak timeframes may include early mornings, late nights, or overnight shifts. Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay Range : $21.50 - $24.74/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location. Target Bonus : $2.00/hour. Total Target Base Pay Range : $23.50 - $26.74/hour.
