What You'll Do
Develop service repair processes and establish repair times for current and future models Identify, test, and implement improvements for current service repair processes Examine CAD design and recognize improvements for current and future models Evaluate prototype tooling through design phases leading to global field use Research and comprehend field facing issues to identify process and design improvements Take in feedback from Service Technicians to enable continuous improvement of repair procedures and products Participate with a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful attitude in an ever-changing dynamic environment
What You'll Bring
Position requires onsite attendance with the team Tesla service technician with at least 3 years’ experience Experience maintaining and repairing vehicles Fluent in Tesla vehicle architecture Proficiency or ability to learn CAD programs Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools High priority projects will require staying until the job is done

Expected Compensation
$26.80 - $63.76/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
