What to Expect Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to C-level sponsors, shaping the program's direction and success metrics
Design and execute a multi-year roadmap for the core sales methodology program across global functions
Lead relationships with third-party vendors for content licensing and curriculum customization
Manage the full execution lifecycle for global training rollouts and reinforcement sessions
Define and report on key program metrics to demonstrate the program's return on investment
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Program Management focused on sales methodologies
Proven success in managing global programs across multiple regions and sales segments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex interdependencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in defining metrics and measuring the impact of enablement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience with value-selling methodologies
Experience in a B2B SaaS or financial technology company
PMP, Agile, or other relevant Program Management certification
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM platforms like Salesforce
