Lead onboarding for new Investment Managers, facilitating training sessions and developing individualized coaching plans Serve as a subject matter expert on sales methodologies, providing hands‑on coaching and guidance Maintain and enhance resources in the internal knowledge base and Learning Management System (LMS) Provide data‑driven coaching and feedback to help team members exceed sales goals Track and report on enablement KPIs to measure the impact of coaching programs What is Required (Qualifications):

2+ years of experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training with proven success in improving team performance Strong understanding of consultative sales methodologies and pipeline management Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts Experience designing and leading engaging training programs that drive measurable results Proficiency with Salesforce and LMS platforms How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
