Responsibilities The GFEBS Manager oversees the GFEBS system, including providing reports, initiating, processing, and tracking dig permits, initiating PWOs into GFEBS, tracking progress, outputting progress reports, and updating the O&M Manual Digital Library. The GFEBS Program Manager will oversee work identification, reception, planning, prioritization, estimation, approval, and funding services for maintenance and repair requests at the installation. Oversees the Work Management team managing asset and data management. Serves as the central Point of Contact for receipt and disposition of work requests and taskings from the Government, coordinating resources for timely and quality completion. Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, resolution, and customer service skills. Provides prioritization of service and work orders. Maintains responsibility for employees inputting work order data. Works closely with IT to ensure proper data retrieval for reports. Prepares weekly contract deliverables and maintains suspense files. Manages collection and maintenance of work documents and data to evaluate responsiveness and resource efficiency. Adjusts fiscal year OWOs with Military Interdepartmental PR accountability for reimbursable customers. Captures cost requirements for subcontractor PRs and purchase orders on DMOs and OWO documents in GFEBS files. Prepares and processes fiscal year projected OWOs and PWOs, submitting them for approval and updating requirements. Maintains accountability for supply requisitions for work control. Trains and updates service order dispatchers on procedures and requirements. Maintains files for UPCs website updates. Submits workload data monthly. Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and client regulations. Qualifications

Minimum of three years of practical experience with GFEBS, especially related to property, plant, and equipment, with two additional years of supervisory experience preferred. Hands-on experience in building maintenance preferred. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must have completed and mastered GFEBS modules including PM Master Data Maintainer, Preventive Maintenance Controller, Physical Inventory Maintainer, Material Requirement Planning Maintainer, Plant Maintenance Order Approver, Plant Maintenance Order Maintainer, Plant Maintenance Reporter, Goods Receipt Processor. At least five years managing work control processes on a military (preferably Army) installation, including two years overseeing personnel performing work reception, processing, tracking, and closeout functions.
