Verify insurance coverage Work with insurance carriers to resolve coverage and financial issues Present treatment plans Confirm and schedule patient appointments Manage the office schedule and track unscheduled treatment Assist in scheduling future visits Communicate efficiently and professionally with patients and team members Preferred Qualifications
Prior dental experience strongly preferred Understanding of dental terminology and CDT codes Experience with Dentrix software Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines Excellent communication and people skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule Strong attention to detail Dependable, organized, and reliable High school diploma (or equivalent) required Schedule
