Our Endodontic practice is looking for a Front Desk Office Manager to join our team! As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll help ensure that every visit runs smoothly; from scheduling to coordinating with referring offices. We’re looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment. Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage all front desk operations with warmth and professionalism Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment planning, and follow-up appointments Handle insurance verification, and collecting patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and referring offices Oversee and support daily administrative workflow to keep the office running efficiently Qualifications
2+ years of dental front office experience (endodontic or specialty experience preferred) Strong knowledge of dental insurance, and scheduling systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with DENTRIX software is a must Positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for patient care What We Offer
