Our small, well-established U.S. immigration law firm is seeking an ON-SITE
seasoned Business Immigration Paralegal
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have
a minimum of 2+ years of experience
handling a broad range of employment-based immigration matters and be looking to grow long-term within a collaborative and respectful work environment. About the Firm
We are a boutique law practice primarily focused on
U.S. business immigration , including E-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, and employment-based green card processes (PERM, Eb-1A, EB-1C, EB-2 NIW, and EB-5). Our firm also handles, on a limited basis,
family-based immigration
and
naturalization . We are known for our personalized approach, high professional standards, and collegial team dynamic. Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and file a wide variety of business immigration petitions Conduct legal and factual research and prepare detailed case summaries Interface directly with clients to gather required documents and information Monitor deadlines and maintain detailed case tracking systems Assist the principal attorney with managing and strategizing complex matters Qualifications
At least 5 years of solid experience
as a paralegal in U.S. business immigration Mastery of core categories including
E-2, L-1, H-1B, O-1, P-1, PERM, EB-1C, and EB-2 NIW Excellent research, writing, and drafting skills Exceptional organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Client-focused, dependable, and highly professional French fluency is a strong asset , as many of our clients are French-speaking professionals and investors What We Offer
