Immigration Paralegal – Hybrid (NYC Tri-State Area)

full-time Immigration Paralegal
to join our team. This is a
hybrid role
with flexibility to work remotely but requires regular office time in New York. Candidates must live in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT). What You’ll Do Prepare and file employment-based and family-based petitions from start to finish Draft legal documents and organize evidence Communicate directly with clients and attorneys Manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team What We’re Looking For 3+ years of immigration paralegal experience
(business immigration strongly preferred) Strong experience with E-2, EB-5, O-1, NIW, Family based petitions and/or PERM is a plus Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What We Offer Salary
$60,000 – $95,000 , based on experience (The higher end of the range would be reserved for candidates with over 8 years of solid immigration experience). Health insurance and benefits package Paid vacation and holidays Hybrid/flexible schedule Opportunity to work on sophisticated cases and grow with a highly respected immigration firm Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – must be in Tri-State area)
