High School Graduate or GED Minimum of 1 year of experience in pre-registration or prior authorization Familiarity with insurance rules and regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction Ability to perform clinical or technical competencies related to the assigned department How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
