What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Schedule patient appointments and manage customer service functions in the Radiology Department - Assist with patient reception and appointment check-ins - Verify insurance information for patients - Provide exceptional service to patients and address inquiries effectively - Maintain a quiet and professional work environment while working remotely
What is Required (Qualifications): - High school diploma or equivalent - Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience within the employer's Radiology Department - Must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota - Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions - Ability to indicate intention to move to one of the required states if currently residing elsewhere
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Two years of post-secondary education in healthcare or business administration - Experience with healthcare scheduling - Familiarity with the Epic electronic medical record system
